JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Pool

Reports To: Packaging Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

1. Must be able to read and write.

2. Must know basic math.

3. Good verbal communication skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Be able to follow instructions.

2. Be able to learn various positions.

3. Some heavy lifting required. Weight limits range from 2.5 ounces up to 50 pounds.

4. Be able to adapt to various job positions in the Packaging Department.

5. Be able to maintain after training general knowledge of certain Packaging equipment.

6. Responsible for adhering to all food safety, quality and GMP procedures specific to this position

PRIMARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Be able to lift from 2.5 ounces of product up to 60 times a minute for approximately 70% of a scheduled shift.

2. Be able to lift 4 ounces to two pounds of product at a rate of 20 to 40 times a minute for approximately 70% of a scheduled shift.

3. Lifting weights ranging from 18 to 40 pounds and stacking the weight from floor level up to waist high level for approximately 60% of a scheduled shift.

4. Lifting two pounds of product five times a minute for approximately 80% of a scheduled shift.

5. Lifting two pounds of product for approximately 85% of a schedule shift.

6. Be able to lift 4 ounces to 12 pounds of product 6 to 40 times a minute 6 hours of an 8 hour shift.

7. Lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, turning, and standing 100% of an 8 hour day.
