Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-3 years in customer service
- Experience with data entry, through excel, Salesforce, or similar workflows
- Experience with event coordination and marketing
- Experience preparing and/or auditing customer quotes
- Ability to communicate across multiple levels and job functions
- Ability to analyze and solve problems

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Develop customer relationships and communicate trailer specifications between engineering and sales team.
- Actively support sales operations and initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinate trade shows, including logistics, planning, and event preparation.
- Attend trade shows and industry events when possible to represent the company and support sales efforts.
- Provide fleet purchase updates and communicate status information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and manage customer quotes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve as a Senior Sales Assistant, supporting the sales team with administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the quoting and specification process.
- Develop and maintain customer specifications and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive and professional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and project timelines are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Assume additional responsibilities and support new initiatives as business needs evolve and the role expands.
- Demonstrate the Company’s core values and comply with all Company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
