Responsible for the development and execution of strategies to promote products and services, enhance brand visibility, and engaged with target audiences.

Works to support the Marketing Communications team. Conducts research and assists with marketing campaign creation, market research, data analysis, and event support.

Pay Range: $18.00 -$20.00/hour

Essential Functions
  • Assists in gathering and analyzing market research data to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends, providing valuable insights for marketing strategies.
  • Complete various marketing operation projects with the Marketing Manager.
  • Assists in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity.


Enhance Customer's Experience - Serving as the first personal contact between potential customers and the Installed Fence Division.
  • Assisting the customers by phone and email as the conduit to the correct fence team member to service their needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Send out daily review requests to gain additional feedback and improve search engine optimization.


Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

Data input - Opens customer accounts by recording account information and maintains customer records by updating account information.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Social Media Management- Manage all Maner Fence social media accounts. Update photos, post, design advertisements on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis with help and guidance from other team members to increase and improve the presence and image of Maner Fence and Specialties.

Website Management - Manage the Maner Fence website. Manage and update content, photos, links, etc. on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis to improve the search engine rankings.

Marketing and Customer Growth - Analyzing the current marketing efforts put forth by the department, and communicate any potential improvements to strategy, reach, and customer acquisition. Discuss ways to increase project opportunities and future customers with Installed Fence Team.

Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

  • Data analysis - comfortable inputting and interpreting data to draw sensible conclusions.
  • Organization skills - managing the efforts of multiple people and departments to achieve desired results requires staying on top of things and collaborating extensively.
  • Social media- need to be proficient in the current features, as well as, able to adapt to new features in all popular social media platforms to help properly market the company.
  • Computer- proficient in Microsoft operating systems such as but not limited to outlook, PowerPoint, excel, word, etc.
