Valentine Roofing is hiring a Home Care Program Manager to run our Home Care division: scheduling, technicians, customer experience, and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build a department, not just keep it running.

You'll lead the technician team, work alongside office staff, and make day-to-day decisions on scheduling, routing, and customer issues. You'll also be accountable for the department's labor costs, productivity, and profit.

What you'll own

Daily scheduling and routing for the Home Care team
Hiring, coaching, and performance management for technicians
Department revenue, labor costs, and profitability
Customer experience from first call through job completion
Safety standards, equipment inspections, and compliance
Department KPIs and reporting

What you'll bring

5+ years managing field teams in operations, service, or construction
Experience in residential home services, roofing, construction, or maintenance
A track record of moving the needle on profitability and productivity
Strong scheduling and organizational skills, and the judgment to handle problems with minimal oversight
Comfort with CRM and scheduling software, plus Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement

Pay: $70,000-$80,000 annually plus bonus
