The Role

• Be on the line, in the action, every shift

You Bring

• 3+ years in a high‑volume kitchen (CDP+ level)
• Strong skills across multiple stations
• Calm under pressure, sharp during service
• Natural leadership, team‑first attitude
• Flexible availability (nights & weekends)

Salary Range:
