• % of Practice: 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
• Required Procedures: OP Hem & Onc & IM, Participation on a tumor board, Mgmt. of VAD/CV catheters.
• Lab Onsite: Yes
• No. of Exam Rooms: 16
• Beds in Dept: 16
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: Administration of Chemo is done by a Nurse Oncologist.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active WA License or IMLC
• BC
• BLS
