| Job Description |

| Job duties may include but are not limited to the following: |
| Â |
| Assists carpenters by holding and securing lumber used in build process; ensures lumber is level or plumb during installation |
| Assists with building forms for pouring concrete |
| Prepares work area by transporting needed tools and equipment from storage facility |
| Loads and unloads building materials to be used on construction projects |
| Builds and disassembles scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary structures used on construction sites |
| Removes debris and possible hazards to keep construction sites clean and safe |
| Digs trenches and holes needed in construction projects |
| Keep machines serviced |
| Ability to follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and carpenters |
| Knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques and procedures |
| On-the-job training offered |

| Must be at least 18 years old |
| Ability to perform basic math |
| Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside |
| Physically able to perform assigned tasks |
| Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time |
