| Job duties may include but are not limited to the following: |
| Â |
| Know how to set up a conventional paint pot |
| Experience with air assisted and airless paint systems |
| Know  how to mix kits of paint |
| Must understand how to paint complex structures |
| Ability to work on solo project and as a member of a team |
| Understand WFT gauges and how to use them |
| Experience with the most common industrial coatings |
| Ability to consistently hit mils while painting |
| On-the-job training offered |

| Must be at least 18 years old |
| Ability to perform basic math |
| Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside |
| Physically able to perform assigned tasks |
| Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time |
| Must be comfortable working from heights |
| Some sites may require a background check |
| Must have reliable transportation |
