Travel: This is a highly field-based position, with daily travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects. Candidates should expect to spend multiple hours per day traveling within the territory, depending on territory size and customer schedules. Approximately 10–15% additional travel outside of the assigned territory will be required, including occasional overnight travel for sales training, conferences, company meetings, and other events. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Purpose 

The Aesthetics Territory Manager is responsible for presenting Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma  products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending strategies to promote and sell our portfolio. This role is central to growing and developing the business under the direction of the SVP of Sales. As an Aesthetics Territory Manager, you will play an integral role in promoting and selling the Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma product portfolio to existing, inactive, and prospective accounts within the Medical Spa space. This role requires a deep understanding of our aesthetics product portfolio and the ability to demonstrate and explain products effectively to potential clients. 


Responsibilities 

  • Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals 
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory 
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges 
  • Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) 
  • Present our products and services to prospective customers 
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions 
  • Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas 
  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services 
  • Cross-sell products, when appropriate 
  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach 
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs 
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes 
  • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix 
  • Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results 
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures 
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings 
  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes 
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements 

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field required 
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred 
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required

  • Lift, carry, push, and pull product samples, marketing materials, and trade show equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, sit, and drive for extended periods while visiting customers, attending events, or working at a computer.
