Commercial Derivatives Support Engineering Technical Manager

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Support Engineering Manager to lead the commercial derivatives provisioning team in Tukwila, WA. The team is responsible for provisioning data, training and technical support to commercial derivatives customers. In this role you will work with global teams and interface with numerous key internal stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of provisioning data and training for internal and external customers
Provide oversight and support to engineers and technical analysts supporting the statement of work on commercial derivatives programs
Ensure the safety of the employees, products and services are prioritized along with quality and integrity
Coach, mentor, motivate and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities
Conduct performance review.
Provide management support to remove roadblocks and support help needed requests from the team to meet customer commitments and expectations
Lead the team by setting goals and expectations, clarifying strategy, implementing policies and procedures, and communicating frequently
Monitors key performance metrics, schedules and cost to ensure performance to plan
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and suppliers
Provide oversight of technical approaches, products and processes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of Aerospace Engineering experience
Minimum of 5 years customer facing experience
Demonstrated expertise in provisioning
Demonstrated lead experience delivering results to support customer deliverables

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience:

Demonstrated experience in other product support elements such as Supply chain management, or maintenance processes
Experience oversight of multiple projects and resources

Summary pay range: $138,550 -$187,450
