Description
We are seeking a highly technical, strategic, and driven Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead the rollout and adoption of our critical security frameworks. In your first 6 to 12 months, your primary focus will be driving the adoption of a custom-developed Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution utilizing Open Policy Agent (OPA). You will act as the connective tissue between our security engineering teams and our partners, ensuring a frictionless integration experience. As you establish the playbook for this rollout, your role will expand in scope to drive the adoption of other key security frameworks and technologies across the organization. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of experience in Engineering Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Partner/Customer Engineering. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional software engineering projects from inception to delivery. Demonstrated ability to drive product or framework adoption among technical stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience working with engineering teams to roll out programs and security campaigns intended to uplift operational security. Experience working in a "Partner Success," "Developer Relations," or "Forward Deployed Engineering" capacity. Familiarity with IAM, Security Frameworks, Scalable Solutions.
