We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Finance Manager to support the AAIS SVP and VP of Finance. This role provides direct exposure to senior leadership and plays a critical role in driving financial insights and operational rigor across the organization. The Finance Manager will own financial reporting, goal management, and the calendaring and rhythm of business (RoB), ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution at the highest levels.

As part of the AAIS FP&A team, this role leads core finance processes, including financial close, outlooks, and executive business reviews. The Finance Manager is responsible for delivering accurate and timely reporting, enhancing forecasting mechanisms, and driving continuous improvements that provide clear visibility into business performance. This role partners closely with senior leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, enjoys diving deep into data to identify trends, and thrives in solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to operate independently, influence stakeholders, and consistently deliver results with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep expertise across key business areas by staying current on initiatives, goals, challenges, and opportunities.

- Own financial reporting, KPI tracking, and core Rhythm of Business (RoB) mechanisms, ensuring a high bar for accuracy, controllership, and alignment.

- Perform advanced financial analysis and modeling to evaluate revenue opportunities, cost structures, and investment trade-offs.

- Serve as a bridge between business and finance by synthesizing inputs across stakeholders and translating data into clear, actionable insights that accelerate decision-making.

- Partner with the business to design and implement key performance indicators and reporting solutions that enable quicker, more effective decisions.

- Identify, quantify, and drive operational and cost-saving initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and quality of data across solutions. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
- 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience Preferred Qualifications: - 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
