Amazon Health is transforming how people access and experience healthcare. As part of this mission, Amazon One Medical (AOM) is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Strategic Growth and Network Development (SGN) finance team during an exciting period of expansion and innovation.
This is a high-impact role where you'll partner directly with business leaders and finance stakeholders to drive strategic decisions, primarily by partnering with our payer contracting business team to evaluate new deals. You'll deliver critical performance insights, ensure financial controllership excellence, and help evaluate and prioritize strategic opportunities, including healthcare partnerships, network expansion, and new product development.

- Independently own finance partnership for the payer contracting team
- Participate in negotiations, bringing strategic thinking from a finance perspective
- Strategic planning and analysis of health care partnerships and new product development
- Build financial tradeoff models for strategic decisions
A day in the life
Partner with SGN leadership and finance stakeholders to develop financial strategies and business cases for strategic growth initiatives; Deliver actionable performance insights through rigorous analysis and clear storytelling; Support financial planning, forecasting, and controllership for high-growth investment areas; Evaluate and model strategic opportunities, including healthcare partnerships and new product launches; Drive data-driven decision-making by building robust financial models and analytical frameworks; Manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders across finance, operations, and business teams; and Simplify complex financial scenarios into clear recommendations for leadership. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- 5+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
