We are seeking an experienced Full Stack SWE Consultant to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and data solutions. In this role, you will build end‑to‑end systems using React, Java, and AWS, helping consolidate and present data from multiple internal and external sources to support critical business initiatives.


You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve system performance, reliability, and user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust backend services and ETL processes using Java to ingest and process data from multiple systems, including travel booking platforms, event management tools, and internal HR systems
  • Lead full‑stack development of user interfaces using React, delivering intuitive and responsive experiences
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable secure and efficient data access across internal and external applications
  • Build and maintain scalable, serverless, and event‑driven architectures using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, and CloudWatch
  • Implement infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including AWS CDK and CloudFormation to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Identify and drive opportunities for optimization, performance improvements, and enhanced system reliability


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role at a Consulting Firm
  • Strong proficiency in React, including Hooks, state management (Redux or similar), and modern JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
  • Hands‑on experience with Java backend development (Spring Boot or similar), RESTful services, and unit testing (JUnit)
  • Extensive experience with AWS, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB or RDS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration patterns
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CDK or CloudFormation
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams


Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with event‑driven architectures and real‑time data processing (EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Kinesis)
  • Familiarity with security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, or AWS Cognito
  • Experience with microservices architectures and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and analytics services such as Redshift, Athena, or Glue
  • Experience working in agile development environments
