About the Role

We are seeking a warm, responsive, and engaging Hebrew Immersion Teacher to join our toddler classroom (ages 2–3).

This educator will support young children in developing early Hebrew language skills through daily routines, meaningful interactions, and hands-on experiences. The role centers on building strong relationships and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, grow, and learn at their own pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a nurturing, responsive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
  • Use Hebrew consistently throughout the day across routines, play, and interactions 
  • Support children’s social-emotional development and emerging independence
  • Plan and facilitate process-based learning experiences
  • Follow children’s interests and support curiosity-driven exploration
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
  • Communicate with families in a professional and supportive manner

Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken Hebrew (required)
  • Experience working with toddlers (ages 2–3 preferred)
  • Understanding of early childhood development, especially toddler development
  • Patient, nurturing, and flexible approach to working with young children
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
