Home Care Aide HCA

Job description:

Immediate Opening: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) 

TERRITORY:   All of King County, the need at the moment is North Seattle and Eastside Bellevue, Kirkland 

Hours:  

1. On-Call - MONDAY TO SUNDAY - All Shifts available - Flexible shifts

• Providing 1:1 care for our Seniors in their private homes as well as residents in Independent and Assisted Living facilities
• Assisting with their activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Transferring and getting them to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
• May include preparation of meals and light housekeeping as well as providing companionship. 
• Companionship activities include reading to residents, playing card games with them,  listening to music or whatever brings them joy!

Qualifications

Job qualifications:

• CNA or HCA license in good standing in WA state
• At least 1-2 years experience 
• Reliable transportation required for in-home client visits; this may include driving (with a clean record) or using public transit.
• CPR/First Aid
• Ability to obtain a Food Worker card
• A working smart phone  (iPhone or Android) for tracking time
• Experience with working with Seniors a plus
