Job DetailsJob Location: SEATTLE, WA 98115Salary Range: $23.00 - $27.96 HourlyHere at Community House Mental Health Agency, we strive to provide a supportive family atmosphere in Seattle and King County for people with severe and persistent mental illness. Each person who walks through our door has a unique story, and we believe that everyone deserves to feel welcomed and valued.    Here at CHMHA we have a fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeper.    Our housekeeper is responsible for providing a clean and sanitary environment for staff and residents in a residential setting. They will follow the required procedures to keep the facility in compliance with cleaning standards as outlined by state guidelines.    At Community House, we value a strong work-life balance and aim to provide the best support for our workers. As a CHMHA employee, you will have access to a range of unique benefits, such as company-paid medical/dental/vision/disability insurance, a 403B retirement plan with employer match, continuing education credit, a personal unlimited ORCA card, and an employee assistance program with financial, mental, and legal assistance.    RESPONSIBILITIES  Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishes, buffers, etc  Complete daily housekeeping task list as assigned by supervisor  Ensure of proper trash and item disposal after each shift  Keep storage areas clean and organized  Inform Residential Administrator of needed supplies  Inform staff of needed facility repairs to be assigned to maintenance  Work with staff and outside contractors in a respectful and courteous manner  Maintain resident and staff confidentiality at all times  Maintain records in keeping with agency, county, and state guidelines  Other duties as assigned  QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS  Ability to work non-traditional schedule as required by facility needs  Have legible handwriting  Ability to do simple mathematics  Ability to perform duties outlined above within reasonable accommodation
