Description
The After Hours Nurse Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 2 years of Critical Care, Oncology or Home Infusion experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
