About the Role
We’re looking for a hungry, disciplined Inside Sales Rep to join our team and drive revenue through outbound sales to roofing companies across the US. This is a high-volume cold calling role where you’ll be reaching out to roofing contractors, connecting with decision makers, and getting them started with our platform.
This isn’t a “set a demo and hand it off” role. You’ll own the full cycle from first dial to first order and beyond, making sure customers are active and getting value. If you love the phone, thrive on structure, and want uncapped earning potential, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll spend most of your day on the phone working through targeted call lists, connecting with owners and decision makers at roofing companies. Your core responsibilities include:
Cold calling to introduce our products and set appointments
Following up via phone, email, and text to move prospects through the pipeline
Onboarding new sign-ups and guiding them to place their first order
Re-engaging customers who haven’t ordered recently to build consistent usage
Note: Our cold calling campaigns see strong results because we’re not asking roofing companies to try something new - we’re offering a better version of a product they already use every day, at a significantly lower price.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong written communication skill for emails and text follow-ups that sound professional and natural
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
Self-motivated and organized enough to manage your own pipeline while working from home most of the time
Persistent without being pushy - you know how to get past gatekeepers and build quick rapport with business owners
Workspace Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for VoIP calling
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise — you’ll be on the phone all day and call quality matters
A quality headset with noise cancellation
Compensation
$60,000 base salary + commission (OTE $80,000–$100,000/year).
Commission is uncapped - the harder you work, the more you earn.
