Junior Technical Writer

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Writer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about clear communication and eager to further develop expertise in technical documentation.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to create and craft and maintain high-quality documentation that helps users understand and effectively use products and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal documentation
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and organize information
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
• Update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements and changes
• Contribute to improving documentation processes and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or a related role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain them clearly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Git, or similar documentation platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing for software or technical products
• Basic understanding of APIs or software development concepts
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating technical or instructional content
