Position: CT Lead Technologist
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Full-Time – Weekdays (4-10's or 5'8's)Â
Compensation: $50.83 - $63.64 - $79.43/hourly. Wage is based on experience, skillset and qualifications. The lead incentive is in addition to the base wage.

Position Summary:
✅ Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, ACR requirements, and departmental policies, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, documentation, and operational efficiency, along with additional responsibilities as assigned.
✅ Properly performs a variety of technical exams and procedures to ACR and company standards using required skill and independent judgement
✅ Utilizes a multi-slice CT scanner and power injector. Starts IVs and administers various contrast agents at the direction of the Radiologist
✅ Assists radiologist with specialized procedures
✅ Appropriately protocols and screens all orders in advance of appointments for precautions or contraindicationsÂ
✅ Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health and safety standardsÂ
✅ Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate mannerÂ
✅ Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/scope and requires assistance
✅ Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging
Qualifications and Requirements:Â
✅ Washington State Radiologic Technologist License - required (Washington State X-Ray License, ARRT.)
✅ Current Advanced Registry in CT - requiredÂ
✅ Current certification in a healthcare provider BLS/CPR - required
✅ Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing both themselves and the company positively while building respectful relationships with patients, colleagues, and staff.
