The Opportunity

The Manager, Creative Marketing leads brand identity and campaign creative across DAT's multi-brand portfolio, which includes DAT, Convoy, and Outgo. This person will oversee a brand refresh rollout, own the design system and its governance, and manage the in-house creative function and the design seat. The role sets creative quality standards across every segment's work, executes on work, and establishes brief intake, review, and brand QA for the function

What You’ll Do

  • Own brand identity and creative direction across the DAT portfolio, including Convoy and Outgo.
  • Lead and execute on campaign creative from concept through production for paid, lifecycle, events, and content.
  • Oversee a completed brand refresh rollout and maintain the multi-brand design system and its governance.
  • Manage the in-house creative function and establish brief intake, review, and brand QA.
  • Partner with content and governance on visual standards and asset libraries.
  • Coordinate external creative and brand agencies where engaged.
  • Set and hold creative quality standards across all segment work.
  • Manage creative capacity, prioritization, and timelines against the marketing calendar

The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in brand and campaign creative, including 3+ years leading or managing creative teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a brand system and a brand refresh or rebrand rollout.
  • Strong portfolio spanning brand identity and performance-oriented campaign creative.
  • Experience managing multi-brand or portfolio design systems.
  • Fluency with creative operations: brief intake, review cycles, and brand QA.
  • Fluency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

For Washington-based candidates, in compliance with the Washington State Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $121,000.00 - $164,000.00 + target bonus. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
