Manager Administrative Services - Hybrid

The Manager Executive Office will be responsible for leading the executive assistants for the North Division Executive Office in a manner which promotes the Providence mission, values, and philosophy.  Supports the Division Chief Executive and Division CFO and oversees duties and responsibilities of the Executive Assistant team. Provides administrative support for division councils and Boards. Will establish and maintain positive relationships with the administrative team, in all aspects, serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

Required qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: 2 years of college or business school training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management or other relevant field or equivalent education/experience
  • 6 years of Public relations or customer service-based experience.
  • 4 years of Experience leading and managing teams.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years in a position equal to executive or administrative secretary to include advanced computer skills and working knowledge of a variety of software programs and communication vehicle.
  • 3 years of experience in a health care leadership environment.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
