The Marketing Campaign Manager Role

Qlik is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Campaign Manager to turn program and campaign strategy into operationally sound, on-time, and fully aligned execution.

This role is responsible for orchestrating campaign production across creative, content, and channel teams - ensuring everything needed to launch and scale campaigns is delivered with quality and precision.

This role ensures the program and campaign strategy is executed effectively. It connects planning to production, bringing structure, coordination, and accountability to campaign delivery across global and regional teams.

What makes this role interesting?

This role sits at the center of campaign execution, working closely with program leaders, channel owners, and production resources to bring campaigns to life. You will translate strategy into actionable plans - managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform as intended.

You will also play a critical role in improving how work gets done. By introducing structure, consistency, and clear workflows, you’ll help scale campaign execution across regions and channels. This is an opportunity to build a more efficient, predictable, and high-quality production engine that supports global marketing programs.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
  • Translate program and campaign strategy into detailed campaign plans, workbacks, and deliverable schedules
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
  • Coordinate creative and content development with internal teams and external agencies
  • Ensure all assets align with program strategy, messaging, and brand standards
  • Manage approvals across Creative, Brand, Legal, and business stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver channel-ready assets across digital, web, email, field, and partner channels
  • Ensure assets meet channel requirements, formats, and localization needs
  • Document activation plans, asset packages, and deployment guidance for channel teams
  • Run cross-functional standups to identify blockers and keep execution on track
  • Maintain workflow visibility through project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Monitor in-flight campaign needs and coordinate adjustments to assets, offers, or landing pages
  • Drive consistency, quality control, and version management across all campaign deliverables

We’re looking for a teammate with:
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or production roles in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing programs and deliver on tight timelines
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with workbacks, dependencies, and workflow coordination
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and content development processes
  • Understanding of multi-channel campaign execution across digital, email, web, and field marketing
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, consistency, and execution excellence
  • Experience managing approvals and navigating cross-functional stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Trello)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across global teams

The location for this role is:

King of Prussia, PA
