Are you a Special Education Teacher who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences for students with diverse needs? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Washington school district to recruit a dedicated educator for a full-time, school-based position for the 2026–2027 school year.

In this role, you’ll provide specially designed instruction tailored to individual learning profiles and IEP goals. You’ll adapt curriculum and classroom materials, monitor student performance, and use data to guide instructional decisions. Collaboration will be an important part of the position as you work with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to promote consistent support across settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt curriculum, assignments, and assessments to address learning needs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
  • Support positive behavior and inclusive classroom practices.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary planning and student support meetings.
  • Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP objectives.

Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field and hold a valid Washington State teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement, or meet eligibility requirements for certification. Experience in resource, inclusion, or self-contained settings is preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate strong communication, organization, classroom management, instructional planning, and teamwork skills.
