Position Responsibilities:

Lead complex, cross-functional programs and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Manage multiple high-impact projects while balancing stakeholder needs, resources, and business objectives. Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives supporting operational excellence and quality programs. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans. Drive strategic decision-making through data analysis, operational metrics, and business insights. Manage program budgets, risks, and dependencies. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels including engineering, maintenance, and quality functions. Create and implement program governance frameworks and best practices to ensure operational consistency. Lead and mentor team members supporting program execution and delivery. Provide regular status updates and reporting to executive leadership on program progress, operational performance, and key performance indicators.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience leading cross-functional projects (including owning strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership); (2) using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
