What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making high-volume outbound calls daily
  • Getting past gatekeepers and engaging homeowners fast
  • Handling objections without hesitation
  • Closing for in-home consultation appointments on every call
  • Hitting (and beating) daily and weekly booking targets
  • Keeping your pipeline organized in CRM

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound calling, sales, or appointment setting preferred
  • Home remodeling / home services experience is a major plus
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and keep dialing
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
