That’s why we provide long-term housing paired with on-site services that promote stability, health, and community. Our culture is rooted in dignity, respect, and shared responsibility: We practice hospitality, communicate with care, and collaborate across differences. We value lived experience, cultural responsiveness, and approaches grounded in harm reduction, trauma-informed practice, and resident choice. We look for people who are committed to safety, learning, and continuous improvement — and who bring steady, values-aligned service in moments that are complex or high-stress.
ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role is the primary after-hours escalation point for Residential Specialists and other frontline staff, providing real-time coaching, operational direction, and in-person support during complex or high-risk situations.

- Ensure scheduling practices comply with applicable union contract provisions, overtime requirements, and organizational policies.
- Supervise and support On-Call Residential Specialists through real-time coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and appropriate documentation for business-hours follow-up.

- Coordinate after-hours response with Safety Ambassadors, Maintenance Technicians, and emergency responders during fires, floods, elevator outages, medical crises, behavioral health emergencies, and other urgent events.
- Promote safe, welcoming, and orderly building environments through consistent hospitality standards, respectful communication, and predictable enforcement of guest policies and building procedures.
- Provide clear, organized incident documentation and shift handoffs to Site Operations Managers, and identify trends that may require operational review or follow-up.
- In rare circumstances, provide temporary onsite operational coverage during unexpected site leadership gaps, as directed, to maintain continuity of safe and reliable building operations.
