OVERVIEW

The Painter is responsible for providing painting services to the various departments within the club.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Paint structures to customer/department specifications in a timely manner, mixing paint colors to specifications

· Prepare, paint, and maintain wood surfaces and related furnishings

· Maintain essential areas such as: hallways, stairways, doors

· Order and maintain adequate supplies to keep up with club needs; provide accurate material lists for projects and major maintenance

· Participate in Building and Operations department meetings

· Other duties as assigned.




 

Qualifications

· An ability to use a wide variety of mechanical tools, both hand and power

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
