Job DetailsJob Location: Seattle, WA 98125Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 Commission/yearAs the Pre-Owned Sales Manager at Seattle MINI, you will lead the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include overseeing pre-owned sales operations, managing inventory, desking deals, processing transactions, and coaching staff to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase revenue. Manage pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, pricing, and reconditioning standards to meet customer demand. Desk deals, ensuring compliance with dealership policies, accurate pricing, and optimized profitability. Process deals through to completion, collaborating with the finance department to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership policies to enhance performance. Monitor and analyze sales team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback and coaching. Collaborate with the service and reconditioning teams to ensure vehicles meet quality standards for resale. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, manufacturer programs, and competitor activities. Prepare reports and updates for dealership leadership on sales performance, market trends, and operational improvements. QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in automotive sales management, with a focus on pre-owned vehicles. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicle inventory management, desking deals, pricing strategies, and reconditioning processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM systems. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
