Position OverviewĀ 

Stanley is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Operations to lead business and technical programmatic aspects of our supply chain initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects to completion, optimizing operations, and ensuring alignment and execution of business goals. You will drive clarity in ambiguous environments, document program requirements, and maintain rigor with program governance.Ā 

This role will be a key contributor within the Supply Chain Operations team and in the greater Stanley organization. The Senior Program Manager will engage cross-functionally, build organizational capability, drive business and technical solutions, and improve communications and data flow.Ā 

Ā This position is onsite 3 days per week at our Seattle Headquarters Office.

What You'll DoĀ 

  • Lead the execution of program initiatives, encompassing both technical and business aspects, to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Ā 
  • Ensure scope of work and requirements are appropriately identified, developed, and aligned across functions such as Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation, and Fulfillment.Ā 
  • Positively impact revenue through value analysis and engineering, cost optimization, and throughput efficiency improvement.Ā 
  • Drive commercialization work and ensure end-to-end visibility of product readiness from initial development through delivery to distribution centers.Ā 
  • Work with team members across multiple departments such as Retail, eCommerce, Technology, and Consumer Product DevelopmentĀ  to drive initiatives and address operational challenges.Ā 
  • Lead projects that require a deep understanding of both technical systems and business processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution.Ā 
  • Identify, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, increase visibility across teams, and enable decision-making.Ā 
  • Develop and communicate program roadmaps, status, risks, and mitigation plans at both an individual team and executive level.Ā 
  • Travel up to 20% depending on business needs.Ā 

 Education and ExperienceĀ 

  • BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.Ā 
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Ā 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, planning, fulfillment, manufacturing, and technical systems integration.Ā 
  • Experience leading technical projects or working closely with technical teams.Ā 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ā 
  • Ability to anticipate headwinds and tailwinds in the industry.Ā 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ā 
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

$110,000—$130,000 USD
