Guidacent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex ServiceNow implementation and migration initiatives for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ServiceNow platforms, proven experience delivering enterprise-scale projects, and excels at managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations or migrations, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Drive project governance activities including status reporting, budget tracking, and change management.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with business objectives and operational readiness.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure delivery of expected business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering enterprise technology projects on time and within budget.
  • 3+ years specifically managing ServiceNow implementation or migration projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom applications.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, collaborative team setting.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist)
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
  • Previous experience supporting clients in healthcare, retail, or logistics sectors.
