What You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical support for assigned region(s).
- Partner with the VP of Operations to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and workflow improvement.
- Lead and support recruitment and retention efforts for key field-based roles.
- Train, coach, and evaluate service team members on an ongoing basis.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with accounts, surgeons, and business partners.
- Support the implementation of company initiatives and regional performance goals.
- Monitor and maintain credentialing compliance for regional team members.
- Respond quickly and professionally to service issues, ensuring a concierge-level customer experience.
- Manage team schedules, payroll functions, and monitor overtime.
- Ensure compliance with Medworks policies, facility expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing support for service, satisfaction, and operational excellence.

- Customer-service orientation with a commitment to building productive partnerships.

- Monday–Friday general schedule, with flexibility based on regional needs.
- Regular travel throughout the West Region required.
- Overnight travel is expected as part of supporting multistate field operations.
