Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in information security and engineering, working with cloud-based infrastructure environments.
- 4 years of experience leading security programs and directing cross-functional teams to execute technical solutions.
- 3 years of experience defining project scope, schedules, and deliverables, and experience with enterprise security controls in hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environments.
- Experience implementing enterprise security controls across hybrid infrastructures and technology stacks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Windows and Unix endpoint hardening and security control enforcement with a strong focus on network segmentation strategies and Privileged Access Management (PAM) best practices.
- Consulting or service provider experience delivering technical security solutions across multiple client industries.
- Broad technical background in IT and cybersecurity, with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and leadership levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to support client needs.
- Strong self-management skills to balance engaging priorities and multiple client engagements separately.
