This is a local, in-person role focused on relationship building. You’ll be out in the field, meeting people face-to-face and helping them understand how Surface Experts can save them time and money.Â
What You’ll Be DoingÂ
- Meeting with 10–15 contacts per dayÂ
- Making onsite visits, phone calls, and email follow-upsÂ
- Working with customers in:Â
- Property managementÂ
- Facilities maintenanceÂ
- Hotels, movers, builders, and moreÂ
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsÂ
- Educating customers on Surface Experts’ capabilities and limitationsÂ
- Validating customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to helpÂ
- Earning trust through consistency, follow-through, and professionalismÂ
- Working within a process-driven, metrics-based sales teamÂ
- Practicing and improving through role-playing and coachingÂ
- Documenting sales activity accurately in the CRM—from lead to work orderÂ
- Reporting activity and results weeklyÂ
- Brainstorming new leads and opportunitiesÂ
