Available Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

We are looking for an experienced Security Command Center Operator (SCCO) to join our team in Downtown Seattle. This position is responsible for finding, researching, and assessing information that could indicate a potential concern to the client, its employees, and its interests. The ideal candidate should be able to create detailed reports of incidents using internal incident management reporting systems and assisting in the response to larger incidents that impact the client.

What You Can Expect

  • Monitor designated areas through exterior and interior cameras, promptly reponding to potential dangers.
  • Frequent prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking as needed operationally. 
  • Conducts periodic patrols for exterior and interior client sites, sometimes in inclement weather.
  • Identify and investigate potential threats with minimal information/description.
  • Maintain and update all required tracking systems.
  • Log incident reports, investigation findings, shift reports, pass down logs etc.
  • Repond promptly and professionally to client concerns, addressing issues and providing assurance regarding security measures.
  • Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
  • Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site post orders.

     

  • Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer service and security required.
  • Intermediate to advanved computer / technology skills needed.
  • Strong customer service skills required.

     

  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
  • Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
