Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Risk Recognition in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors while responding to security-related needs with professionalism and integrity. Pay Rate: $32.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking facilities, parking areas, ATMs, access points, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor credentials as required, and maintain awareness of suspicious activity or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
