As part of our continued success, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Seattle (Northgate), WA or Portland, OR office.Â
About the Role
The Senior Accountant plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the Company’s financial records. This position will support complex accounting functions including financial reporting, general ledger management, budgeting, audits, and regulatory compliance. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Accountant provides financial insight that supports informed decision-making and contributes to Landau’s long-term success.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly, financial statementsÂ
- Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and filing requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with accounting staff and internal departments to support operational and financial objectives
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as needed to support evolving business needs
 Minimum QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within professional services
- Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Â
- Proficiency with complex accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Experience in a multi-entity and/or multi-state environment
- Familiarity with tax regulations applicable to professional services organizations
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or project oversight experience

Landau Associates offers an excellent compensation and benefits package in an environment that promotes personal growth and professional advancement. The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, performance, location, and internal equity. As part of our compensation program, we review and update our salary ranges at least annually. We provide a wide variety of benefits to support our employees and their families.
