We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join the AAIS FP&A team. This role owns core finance processes, including financial close, business reviews, and headcount and OPEX management and planning, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and forecasts.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business partnership, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization while delivering insights that drive meaningful results.



Key job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end headcount and OPEX planning, forecasting, and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial efficiency.
- Support weekly business reviews, monthly financial reporting, and goals management, providing actionable insights through analysis and financial modeling.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop long-term operating plans, optimize cost management, and enhance finance processes through automation, standardization, and simplification.
- Identify data gaps, resolve discrepancies, and implement scalable solutions to improve data accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business leaders across functions and regions, delivering insights that drive operational and financial performance. Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
