Provide technical mentorship and architectural coaching to EPM engineers, elevating team capability through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and hands-on guidance
Partner with FP&A, Finance, and IT leadership to translate complex business and finance requirements into scalable, sound platform solutions
Guide the design and governance of data integration patterns using Data Management, EPM Integration Agent, REST APIs, and enterprise data platforms
Ensure platform solutions meet SOX controls, IT General Controls (ITGCs), audit requirements, and enterprise change management standards, and proactively address architectural risks

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field with 10+ years of experience; or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience; or equivalent related professional experience
Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud with a focus on EPBCS (Planning & Budgeting Cloud) architecture and platform configuration
Demonstrated experience functioning as a technical architect or platform lead — defining engineering standards and guiding teams through complex EPM design decisions
Demonstrated understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes within FP&A and Finance organizations
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide teams through complex system, data, and integration challenges
Proficient communication skills with the ability to translate technical architecture into clear guidance for both engineering and business audiences
Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments with architectural leadership across cross-functional initiatives
Preferred:
Experience with cross-module EPM design including FCCS, EPCM, EDM, and Narrative Reporting
Proficiency in Business Rules, Calc Manager, and Groovy scripting
Experience with metadata and dimension design, including multi-application governance and Data Management/EPM Automate
Knowledge of integration architecture between EPM, ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud), and enterprise data platforms
