Amazon’s Communications and Corporate Responsibility (CCR) PXT organization is seeking a Senior HR Specialist with excellent project management skills who can think big, lead end to end employee experience initiatives, and cultivate collaborative relationships within the CCR PXT team to drive the PXT operating rhythm and shared goals. This is a dynamic HR role that thrives on collaboration and delivering programs to impact the broader CCR employee experiences and development.

We are looking for a strong problem solver to design and implement people programs and practices that are scalable for the CCR business. The Senior HR Specialist is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides programmatic leadership to our global team, but also partners extremely closely with the CCR business and Amazon’s central PXT teams.

This role is critical to shaping the future of PXT services through data-driven improvements, innovative solutions, mechanisms/systems implementations, and change management. You'll directly influence how we support and enable our global CCR workforce while partnering with senior leadership to drive operational excellence.


Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution of employee experience and leadership development initiatives across the CCR business.
- Design, implement, and maintain PXT rhythm of business activities both internal to PXT and external to the CCR business.
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
- Dive Deep to understand both business and PXT goals, translate these to actionable employee strategy, and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships within PXT, the business, and other stakeholders

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field
- 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences
- 6+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
- Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
- Strong data-driven, business writing skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to integrate HR and business strategies.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
