You'll Thrive Here If You Have:

6+ years in structural engineering consultancy
PE license and actively working towards SE license if not already obtained
B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering
Strong seismic design experience
Advanced skills in ETABS, SAP, RISA
A knack for leading teams and mentoring others
Excellence in both technical and communication skills

Compensation: Estimated at $108,500 - $141,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
