Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch application programming interfaces for file systems.
  • Design and implement distributed systems to deliver file systems at multi-petabyte scale.
  • Develop file system technologies for data protection features like snapshots, backups, and security.
  • Investigate bottlenecks, deliver performance improvements, and build customer-facing tools to achieve performance for specific scenarios.
  • Implement optimizations to reduce cost.
