As a Senior Product Manager-Tech for Product Quality Excellence, you will own the product strategy for reducing product complaint rates across Amazon's global stores. You will build and optimize AI-powered solutions that identify quality risks, drive root cause elimination, and enable the right interventions that raise the bar on product quality for every customer. You will partner closely with science, engineering, business, and finance stakeholders to define problems, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that influence the direction of critical products and initiatives across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Amazon ensures every customer's experience meets their expectations at worldwide scale.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop deep subject matter expertise in the drivers of product quality complaints across Amazon's worldwide stores, and build the framework to classify quality risk signals in a structured manner that supports optimal downstream interventions
• Define the 3-5 year product vision and roadmap for product quality excellence that scales with evolving customer expectations and delivers speed and operational efficiency through AI and automation
• Build AI-powered solutions that detect product quality risks across the fulfillment cycle and drive root cause elimination to prevent complaints before they reach customers
• Own and optimize quality intervention mechanisms ensuring the right intervention is applied to the right product at the right time, with accurate fault attribution
• Collaborate with stakeholders across science, engineering, business, finance, and analytics to develop the vision and effectively communicate direction to senior leaders to drive alignment and prioritization
• Develop product plans with clear measurable success criteria and own the mechanisms to communicate variance in product KPIs and progress against the roadmap Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
