  • Manage filing requirements, deadlines, registered agent coordination, and corporate records to maintain entity good standing.

  • Prepare and maintain corporate documents, including formation records, resolutions, amendments, and governance materials.

  • Conduct corporate research, due diligence, and compliance reviews to support firm initiatives and transactions.

  • Support attorney departure processes by coordinating compliance activities across internal teams and maintaining confidential records.

  • Manage attorney licensing, including renewals, registrations, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare compliance reports and provide accurate information to support the firm's internal legal team and firm leadership.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maintain accurate records and resolve compliance matters.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across jurisdictions.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in compliance-driven work.

  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a dynamic, evolving global organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

  • Four or more years of experience in paralegal, corporate legal support, compliance, or professional responsibility roles.

  • Law firm experience strongly preferred, particularly within a professional standards, risk management, general counsel, or corporate legal environment.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate entity maintenance, registered agents, annual filings, and foreign qualifications.

  • Familiarity with attorney licensing requirements and bar admission processes.

  • Experience with compliance tracking, entity management systems, or legal technology platforms such as IntApp is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.
