Position Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and deliver large-scale, critical systems while balancing customer and team requirements through active participation in code reviews, operational reviews, and design discussions. Architect solutions in ambiguous environments, lead technical strategy development, and ensure consistency and integration across team-owned and related systems. Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities to isolate and resolve complex technical challenges with efficient solutions, thinking in terms of architecture rather than individual technologies. As critical components of the leadership pipeline, mentor junior engineers, lead process improvements, conduct technical assessments, and drive team evolution through planning and metric reviews.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have five years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) building scalable and extensible production software systems; and (2) programming with Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, or JavaScript. Must have three years of experience in the following skill: (3) contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
