What Your Day May Look Like

  • Train employees, conduct new employee orientation, mandatory licensing training, on-the-job training, along with training in health and safety practices.
  • Document training as required for purposes of licensing and under the terms of client contracts.
  • Work with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches.
  • Develop training schedule in conjunction with management to coordinate training activities.
  • Follow appropriate instructional procedures or methods, such as individual training, group instruction, etc.
  • Organize training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation materials, multimedia visual aids, and other education materials.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports to evaluate the performance of training activities, and to monitor the progress of trainees.
  • Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred.
  • Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication required.
  • Prior Training/HR experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
  • Must be detailed oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
