Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting with the inventory of presold, Workpointe, and customer-owned inventories. They receive, load, and track product, contributing to an organized warehouse, accurate inventory, and successful client projects.Â

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of Workpointe and customer-owned inventories to include overall whereabouts and software database accuracy.
- Assist as needed with loading product onto trucks for delivery and installation.Â
- Offload product from trucks; safely move and store.Â
- Pull products from racks.Â
- Responsible for inventory database accuracy using SnapTracker, including photographing, creating, and deleting.
- Create, maintain, and manage inventory reservations.
- Assist as needed with storage billing for over 30 day and AMS in business system(s).
- Assist as needed with creating receiving records in Integrated Database for full reconciliation.
- Add customer-owned inventory lines to Core orders as needed.
- Verify all product in warehouse is tagged appropriately.
- Notification and management of product returned to warehouse in accordance with Workpointe return policy.
- Assist as needed with scanning receiving documents daily to network.
- Assist Service Operations Administrator as necessary with scanning and uploading electronic copies of documentation.
- Keep the warehouse safe and clean, and contribute to the safety of other warehouse workers.Â

- Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced work environment, utilizing time management.

- Preferred: inventory management, knowledge of IQ Coordinator, RPC Software Core Business System, or willingness to learn quickly.
Experience/Education Required
- Valid driver’s license; must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Department of Transportation medical physical.Â

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.Â
The anticipated compensation for this role is $22 - $26 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
