Job Purpose
A Site Logistics Operator is the interface between AkzoNobel and the customer. Â A Site LogisticsÂ
Operator is expected to own an order from start to finish and be able to escalate concerns asÂ
required. Â The Site Logistics Operator additionally impacts Inventory Management for the facilityÂ
that they work in.

Key Responsibilities
- Order ManagementÂ
   - Order Receipt, Entry & ConfirmationÂ
   - Communication / Escalation of concernsÂ
   - Maximize On Time & In Full DeliveryÂ
   - Reason Code Entry for OTIF FailuresÂ
   - Management of the order cycle from start to finishÂ
- Customer & Sales Relationship ManagementÂ
   - Communication with Sales Team when requiredÂ
   - Communication with the Customer when requiredÂ
- Inventory ManagementÂ
   - Capable of receiving replenishment orders and placing them into inventory accuratelyÂ
   - Capable of picking Sales & Distribution orders accurately and efficientlyÂ
   - Capable of tinting Sales orders accurately and efficientlyÂ
   - Understanding of the Daily Replenishment processÂ
   - Understanding Safety Stock levels and Forecasts modificationsÂ
   - Understanding of the NAM Inventory Management Protocol and its purposeÂ
- Coordination of Internal Resources Â
   - Working with all pertinent resources to ensure fulfillment of ordersÂ
   - Working with all available resources to problem solveÂ
   - Working with supervisor on ALPS escalations & problem solvingÂ
- Health, Safety & SustainabilityÂ
   - Active in all forms of HSE reportingÂ
   - Proactive in all forms of Sustainability Â
   - Behavior in accordance with the Code of ConductÂ
   - Performs in accordance with the Core ValuesÂ
Job Requirements
2 years of related customer service experience - related business diploma or degree -Â
Positive Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, Proficient Problem Solving Skills, Passion for ExcellenceÂ
