Job description

Meet Our Team

Join our IT Support team responsible for providing reliable end-user technology support across the organization. You will work closely with employees, network administrators, system administrators, and other IT teams to resolve technical issues, deploy and maintain end-user devices, manage user access, and ensure a smooth IT experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support through in-person, phone, and remote channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, hardware, software, printer, peripheral, and basic network issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows desktops/laptops and related applications.
  • Set up, image, configure, and deploy computers and mobile devices according to company standards.
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, password resets, groups, and access.
  • Monitor, prioritize, resolve, and document incidents/service requests through the IT ticketing system.
  • Perform routine maintenance including software updates, OS patches, antivirus/endpoint protection, and security updates.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup/retrieval and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Perform desktop imaging/reimaging and asset management.
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory.
  • Ensure devices and support activities comply with organizational IT security policies and procedures.
  • Escalate complex infrastructure, network, or system issues to appropriate Tier 3/network/system administration teams.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams on deployments, upgrades, migrations, and technology projects.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Hands-on experience providing Tier 1/Tier 2 desktop or end-user support.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows desktops/laptops, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, permissions, password resets, and access management.
  • Experience with PC imaging, deployment, configuration, and asset management.
  • Experience supporting employee IT onboarding and offboarding.
  • Knowledge of Windows patching, antivirus/endpoint security, and basic IT security practices.
  • Experience using an ITSM/help desk platform such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience providing both remote and onsite/in-person support.
  • Strong customer-service, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
